# Reopen Organization

> Reopens a closed organization whose Stripe subscription is still alive (scheduled to cancel at period end): the scheduled cancellation is removed and the organization becomes writable again. API keys and webhooks stay deactivated until the owner reactivates them. If there is no live subscription, responds 409 REOPEN_REQUIRES_CHECKOUT: subscribe to a plan to reopen.

Reopens an organization that was closed by [Delete Organization](https://docs.timbrix.mx/api-reference/organizations/delete.md).

## Authentication

* **Authorization**: `Bearer <token>`

Only the organization **owner** can reopen it.

## Requirements

Reopening needs a live subscription. If there is none, contract a plan from the web billing page first and then call this endpoint again.

## Common Errors

### 403 Forbidden

Only the owner can reopen the organization.

### 409 REOPEN\_REQUIRES\_CHECKOUT

There is no live subscription. Contract a plan from the web billing page.

### 409 CONFLICT

The organization is not closed.
