Create Series - Timbrix

Creates a series in the organization. A new series is not the default of any CFDI type until you set it with Set default series.

Authentication

This endpoint requires authentication with a user session (Bearer token). API keys are not accepted on series routes, like the other organization management routes.

`series`	string	Yes	Series name, 1 to 25 characters, without the `\|` character. Saved in uppercase
`nextFolio`	integer	No	First folio the series will assign in production. Minimum 1, default 1
`nextFolioTest`	integer	No	First folio the series will assign in sandbox. Minimum 1, default 1

Use nextFolio when you are moving from another invoicing system and want to continue your numbering (for example, nextFolio: 1501 if your last invoice was number 1500).

Permissions

Only OWNERS and ADMINS can create series. Writes on a closed organization return 403 ORGANIZATION_CLOSED.

400 Bad Request

Invalid series name or folio (empty name, more than 25 characters, |, or a folio below 1).

401 Unauthorized

Authentication required.

403 Forbidden

Only owners and admins can create series, or the organization is closed (ORGANIZATION_CLOSED).

409 Conflict — `SERIES_ALREADY_EXISTS`

The organization already has a series with that name.
